Olivia's Baking Marathon for Help for Heroes
GIA Year 7 pupil Olivia Shipley, together with her older sister and former GIA pupil Amelia, spent three days during the Easter holidays raising money for the charity Help for Heroes by baking at home and selling their cakes and biscuits to friends, neighbours and well wishers. They raised an amazing £509, far surpassing the total they raised with a similar event last year.
More about their huge effort may be read in The Leighton Buzzard Observer.
Well done to the girls!
