Harvest Festival

We  will celebrate Harvest Festival during the Key Stage 2 school assembly on Thursday 30th September.

Our aim is to make children aware of harvest and to encourage them to think about those people less fortunate than themselves. To this end we would be very grateful for any donations of food (packets or tins – not fresh produce) to help create our harvest display.

Mother Kirsty Borthwick , from All Saints Church, will visit our school to join our celebration, talk to the children and thank them for the food they bring in. After the festival the harvest gifts will be distributed to the homeless in Leighton Buzzard.

If you would like to contribute to our Harvest Appeal, please send your gifts in with your child on Tuesday 28th or  or Wednesday 29th September.
